In shades of black and white, the latest trend that has come to my attention is the rather risky one that involves cut outs in otherwise skin tight and simple dresses. After the horrors of Kim Kardashian doing this quite recently, I thought everyone would be put off. But no. Hollywood actresses appear to be made of sterner (and leaner) stuff. Just this weekend dear old annoying Gwyneth Paltrow rocked out in a stunning black Michael Kors dress that allowed for absolutely zero body fat.

On the same night, the delightful Lemon Breeland, aka Jaime King, wore a sensational cut-out back Calvin Klein white number.

Whitney Port did something similar at the very same event — however she drew from the much more accessible online highstreet retailer ASOS. So you too can get your own version of this trend.
