So this is just a little gift of a post. It's from you to me on an otherwise average Tuesday lunchtime. It's the heady combination of the delectable actor Idris Elba and the quirky hipster vibes of Mumford and Sons latest video called Lover of the Light.

You see Idris directed and starred in the Mumford's latest video. Because he is a superhuman man of utter sublime joy.

In the video he plays a blind man who, despite his limitations, still manages to look all kinds of sharp in a suit. Just gorgeous. And furiously intense and ecstatically celebratory.

Apparently it is the first of several directoral gigs for Idris. I just hope he doesn't start hiding behind the camera. We need him front and centre and beautiful for us all to see. Lovely.
