Earlier this week there was an event in New York City that I would have given my right hand to have attended. It was everything. And more. It was at the MoMA in one of the greatest cities in the world. It was in honour of the mighty Tilda Swinton. And the guests wore Chanel.

Oh, and of course my mate Alexa Chung was there. AND IT WAS HER BIRTHDAY. Can you imagine the fun we would have had if I had cracked the nod? Off the chain.

Also looking just spectacular was the ever-gracious Sofia Coppola, Jessica Biel looking striking (and not boring), and Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong'o — our current style one-to-watch. And while I don't love her most in darker colours, she sure brought the fashion. Amazing.
