But it turned out that when she changed for the after party, things got considerably better. Pairing a Altuzarra beaded bustier with a high-waisted skirt, Anne looked lovely — sleek and elegant and not overdone, which can be a problem for her.

Anne stepped it up even further when, on arrival, she had worn this look with a navy satin Burberry Prorsum cape. And you all know how much I love, love, love a cape. This is a good look on Anne. I just wish she was less hit and miss about the whole red carpet thing. Or that her stylist Rachel Zoe would get her head back in the game. Soon!
